Here's a photo of me competing in an event called the "$20,000 Silver-dollar Lift."  You see, 20,000 silver dollars is equal to 1,000 pounds.  Each contestent lifted increasing amounts, until you couldn't go anymore, or you reached 1,000 lbs. -- whichever came first.

As shown in this photo, I reached 800 lbs. -- close enough to finish at the top of the field, but not enough to actually win the event.  Unfortunately, injury once again played a role in my performance, and I while I was proud of my efforts, the competitive spirit in me still wanted to win!
