At the time I was feuding with him, Ken Patera was a rookie with very little experience, fresh off of his Olympic bronze medal win.  A man of freightening power, facing off against the inexperienced Patera back then was not the easiest match to wrestle, and I can remember our matches being very stiff.  The fans loved it, though, and so did Gagne, who was very into having as much realism and physical contact in his product as possible.
