Prior to this historic night, I had a lot of time to think about the match, to plan things in my mind, and to psyche myself up for the big moment when I would be allowed to pin The Living Legend's shoulders for the victory and the belt.

So, knowing ahead of time that this would be perhaps the match of mine that people would forever remember, I wanted to make sure every move meant something, that the excitement and pandamonium would be at a fever pitch, and that the match would withstand the test of time.  Looking back, I still believe that Bruno and I accomplished all of that and more.

An interesting sidenote that some of you reading this might be interested in knowing is that I accidentally juiced myself way too much in the match.  I was just too pumped up, too excited, and I cut too deeply.  I can remember watching blood literally shoot out of my forehead as I held Bruno while applying this bearhug.  Take a look at my thighs, and you'll see where it landed.
