Here we see Graham, during his first WWWF title defense in Madison Square Garden, struggling as the 400-pound Gorilla Monsoon clamps down on a nerve hold.

Approximately ten years after their showdown at the Garden (which, incidentally, was won by Graham following a flying kneedrop off the top rope that landed on Monsoon's throat) The Superstar and The Gorilla again worked together, only this time around it was outside the ring.  Following his (forced) retirement from active competition, Graham continued on with the WWF as an announcer.  Teamed with play-by-play man Monsoon, Graham delivered color commentary on several early WWF Pay Per View's as well as television programs such as WWF Wrestling Challenge.
